Top conference centre with over 200 rooms in Northamptonshire requires a candidate with a strong character and previous solid sales experience in hotels to increase business for the venue. Applicants must have pro-active experience within hotel*conference sales in a similar role and have excellent communication skills. This is very much a proactive sales role, involving cold calling, show rounds and client visits. You must be a sales hungry person with a strong sales drive and be able to take control of your team and give orders not take them! Working on your own and using your own initiative are essential.
